Rosenaw Aurum
The name of our kennel Rosenaw Aurum carries a piece of the place we come from and the love for the breed. "Rosenaw" comes from the historical name of the town Rožnov pod Radhoštěm and "Aurum" means gold in Latin – exactly what Golden Retrievers are to us.
The very first was Dexík. A Golden Retriever without a pedigree, but with a huge heart. He taught us how incredibly kind, loyal and sensitive this breed is. Thanks to him, we fell in love.
After he passed away, Alma came along. Our dream girl who took us further – not only towards breeding, but also towards a deeper understanding of everything a Golden Retriever can be.
We are just at the beginning of our breeding journey. We are learning, gaining experience and want to walk this path honestly, with respect for dogs and the breed.
Our goal is to breed well-balanced, healthy and social dogs that feel equally comfortable in the show ring, in the field and in the middle of a family living room.
Rosenaw Aurum is a registered kennel of FCI, member of KCHLS and the Retriever Klub CZ.

Alma Bohemica Aurum
Temperament
Alma is our dream Golden Retriever girl. She came into our lives like a whirlwind and quickly became a companion for every occasion – trips, holidays, sports and quiet evenings at home.
She has a remarkable gift for sensing the energy of others – whether people or dogs – and naturally adapting to it. This makes her incredibly non-confrontational and harmonious. She loves everyone unconditionally, is friendly and open, yet beautifully calm at home.
At the same time, she can’t hide her playful "devil" side when it’s time for action.

Rosenaw Aurum puppies
For us a puppy is a true family member. From the very first days it is in close contact with us, our children and the normal running of our household.
How we raise our puppies
Our puppies are raised in a family environment. Step by step they are introduced to different sounds, surfaces, people and situations – from quiet evenings on the sofa to exploring the garden and taking short car rides.
We are happy to support new owners with advice on care, upbringing and training. Our puppies do not leave us empty‑handed – they take a piece of our hearts with them and we like to stay in touch throughout their lives.
What your puppy leaves with

- vaccination card / pet passport
- starter pack of food and a favourite toy
- detailed written information for the first weeks and months

Our first Working Test – Šilheřovice
Alma completed her first Working Test in Šilheřovice. Class E, international judges and lots of new experience from the forest.
Alma's first open class – Provodovice show
Alma entered the open class for the first time and won V1, class winner, regional winner and 3rd place in FCI group 8!

At the regional club show Hubertka 2025, Alma competed in the junior class for the last time. Rating V2 with an excellent critique.
